Darren has a BS Degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alan is a Managing Partner at MBO Ventures. Prior to this, he was founder of Screaming Media (Nasdaq:SCRM), and Cast Iron Partners.

Alan has a certificate from MIT in AI Strategy, an MBA from Fordham University and a BS Degree from University of Maryland.

Sam is a Vietnam-era Veteran of US Army CounterIntelligence, and an ESOP DealMaker who did his PhD dissertation studies in ESOPs.

A former Political Journalist, an early-out DuPont Company executive, and Founding Publisher of the Delaware Business Times, he is a principal in SamWaltz.com Strategic Capital & Business Counsel in Greenville, Wilmington, DE.

Sam holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Illinois, where he also taught, with PhD coursework (no degree) in public affairs public policy at the University of Delaware, where he also taught.

Terrence is President and CEO at The New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. Prior to that, Terrence was a vice president of the National Urban League.

Terrence received his BA from Hunter College.

Katharine is the Founder and CEO of The Halpin Companies. Prior to this, Katharine was a Chief Audit Officer for DHA Dallas, and a management consultant for Touche Ross.

Katharine received her BS degree from the University of Texas.

Jesse F. Sammis IV is the Founder and President of Third Branch Capital as well as Partner at the Intermountain Equity Group. Prior to this, Jesse was a partner at New England Land Company, and Senior Advisor to Avalon Net Worth.

Lee is the current CEO of Newbridge Turing. Previous to this, he was the President of Syscom Services.

Lee currently is on the Board of Trustees at Suburban Hospital (Johns Hopkins Medicine).
